While the easiest and fastest way to create a team account for a school is with a credit card payment, I understand that not all schools are able to accommodate this. If your school requires that you use a purchase order instead, here is the process.

To Pay With A School Purchase Order

  1. Send a purchase order to one of the following. Be sure that the purchase order includes the name and email address of the person who will serve as the primary contact to administer the team account.

  2. When I receive your information, I will create an account for you manually to bypass the credit card requirement. I will create a temporary password and email it to the primary contact on the account. 
    • If you are anxious to start using the subscription, the person who will serve as the contact may email me or send a support ticket to inform me that a PO will be coming, and I can perform this step before receiving the PO.
  3. When you receive your temporary password, please use it promptly to login since temporary passwords do not last indefinitely after creation. You will then be prompted to create a new permanent password. 
  4. Once you have created your permanent password, you may begin adding team members to the account as described in the Team Accounts article.
  5. When you have logged in and verified that the account is active, please notify your school so that they may issue payment.

Start with step 2 above and let me know that you need a quote sent. I will send you a quote, so that you may send the PO as described in step 1.

If Your School Needs Additional Information Before Issuing a PO

Let me know. If your school needs sensitive information such as a Tax ID number, please provide me a way to provide the information directly to the requesting party in as secure a manner as possible.
